Elemento Edition Boxes Shipping Policy

At YouPrint, we strive to ensure that your products are delivered safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Carriers:

   • We ship our products either via DHL or Aramex. Both shipping options include insurance for the package to provide added security for your purchase.

2. Shipping Insurance:

   • While we include shipping insurance on all packages, please note that YouPrint is not responsible for any damages to the box caused by the shipping agents. In the unlikely event of damage, the shipping insurance will cover it.

3. Tracking Information:

   • Tracking numbers will be provided to customers once their items have completed the final stages of assembly and production. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Shipping Timeframe:

   • Shipping typically takes an average of 5-7 days worldwide. However, this timeframe may be extended or delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping time is separate to production time. 

5. Customs and Import Duties:

   • Elemento Edition is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied in the destination country. The responsibility for clearing customs lies with the recipient, and any fees associated with the process will be the recipient's obligation.

6. Liability:

   • We are not liable for any delays or issues related to customs clearance in the destination country. The responsibility to comply with local regulations and complete the customs process lies with the recipient.
