Shipping policy

Every Elemento piece is made to order. The timings below keep the time it takes to make a piece separate from the time it takes to reach you.

Production

Catalogue pieces are made and dispatched within 7–10 days of your order. Bespoke commissions are dispatched within 15 days. Larger or more involved commissions are quoted with their own schedule at the time of order.

If you need a piece sooner, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Carriers and insurance

We ship worldwide with DHL and Aramex. Every shipment is insured for its full value while in transit.

Transit times

Transit typically takes 5–7 days worldwide once a piece has been dispatched. This is in addition to production time. Weather, customs clearance and carrier delays can extend it, and we will tell you as soon as we know if a shipment is affected.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued once your piece has passed final inspection and been handed to the carrier. It is sent to the email address on your order.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the outer packaging and the piece. Shipments are insured, and we will arrange a repair or a replacement. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is settled.

Customs and import duties

Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These are set by your local authority, are payable by the recipient, and are outside our control. Clearing customs is the recipient's responsibility.

We cannot declare a shipment as a gift, or state a value other than the amount paid.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We can change an address before dispatch. After dispatch, any change depends on the carrier and may incur a fee.

Collection in Dubai

Pieces can be collected in person from The Edition Space, Unit FF-402, Dubai Hills Mall, by arrangement. Tell us before you order and we will hold the piece for you.
